Joseph Daniel “Joe” Wiggins, 34, Warsaw, passed away at 6:45 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2020, at his home. He was born on Dec. 14, 1985, in Spokane, Wash. to Troy D. Riley and Nancy Ann Wiggins.

He graduated from High School & attended college in Spokane, Wash. He lived most of his life in Washington before moving to Warsaw in August 2016. He was employed at O.J.I. in North Manchester, and formerly worked at RR Donnelly in Warsaw.

He is survived by his father and step-mother, Troy and Lori Riley, Warsaw; mother, Nancy Neely, Spokane, Wash.; two brothers: James Wiggins and Terry (Kayla) Craddock, both of Spokane, Wash.; step-sister, Jennifer (Matthew) Craig, High Point, N.C.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. SR15, Warsaw, IN. No public services are planned.
