Steven J. Conaway, 65, Warsaw, passed away at 5:47 p.m. on Monday, June 15, 2020, at his residence. He was born on March 18, 1955, in Flint, Mich., to Raleigh and Linda (Stone) Conaway.

He graduated from Millington High School in Millington, Mich., and was married on Dec. 24, 1984, in Caro, Mich. to Barbara Creason who survives. He lived most of his life in Michigan, moved to Indiana in 1998, and worked for General Motors for 30 years in Flint, Mich. and Kokomo. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and outdoorsman.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara; son, Steven Conaway Jr.; two daughters: Julie Sanders and Stephanie Conaway; ten grandchildren; mother, Linda Conaway, Millington, Mich.; two sisters: Holly Keller and June Conaway, both of Vasser, Mich.; brother, John Conaway, Milling, Mich.

He was preceded in death by his father and daughter:Jenaelle Poe.

Burial will take place in the Oakwood Cemetery in Warsaw, IN at a later date. Cremation services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. SR 15, Warsaw, IN 46582 is in charge of arrangements.
