WARSAW – The Lake City Roller Dolls will be back in action in its first home bout of the season Saturday, June 1, when the Region Rat Rollers from Hammond scurry into the Hansen’s Eastlake Skate Center.

The bout is sanctioned by the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association Apprentice League and will begin at 5 p.m., doors opening at 4 p.m. A portion of the ticket sales will benefit the Baker Youth Club of Warsaw.

The Roller Dolls are also hosting a bootcamp for new skaters. Sessions will take place on June 18, 20, 23, 25, 27, 30 and July 2 and 7 from 6-9 p.m. at Eastlake. No experience is necessary to try out.
