Members of the Atwood Fire Department and Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory were called at approximately 2:30 p.m. to a fire located at Egg Innovations, 4811 West 100 North, Warsaw.

Though initially it was believed that the fire had begun within a building by Atwood Fire Department, upon arrival firefighters discovered the fire had begun outside and was confined to a small area. Members of the Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory were dismissed from the scene.

According to firefighters, the fire was a result of a truck backing too closely to a burn pile located behind the Egg Innovation buildings. Though the truck was stuck in the flames, Atwood Fire Department stated no one was injured as a result of the fire.
