WARSAW – A trio of standouts from the Warsaw softball team have been chosen to play in All-Star competition in June.

The Tiger trio of senior Kayla Snider and juniors Ashley Ousley and Kaleigh Speicher have been tabbed to play for the North team. The three will take part in the third annual Indiana Elite North vs. South All-Star Softball Challenge.

The All-Star event is scheduled to take place June 15-16 at Westfield High School. The Class 1-A/2-A game is set for June 15 with the Class 3-A/4-A on June 16.

Snider is a catcher for coach Jim Speicher’s squad, while Ousley is a center fielder and Speicher a pitcher.  The trio have helped Warsaw to an 8-14 overall record this spring.
