Ronald Lee Miller, 71, Rochester, passed away at 7:35 a.m. Monday, March 9, 2020, at his residence.

He was born on May 6, 1948, in Peru, the son of John F. and Lona L. (Thomas) Miller.

Ronald served in the United States navy during the Vietnam War and was employed by General Motors and Chrysler in Kokomo, Indiana. He enjoyed fishing.
