Wednesday, May 8, 4:04 a.m. East Defreese Road, Syracuse. Driver: Nathanael C. Brady, 21, EMS D18A1 Lane, Syracuse. Brady said a dog ran into his lane of travel and in an attempt to miss hitting it, he lost control and struck an earth embankment. Damages: up to $10,000

Tuesday, May 7, 1:59 p.m. South SR 15 and West 1300 South, Silver Lake. Driver: Lisa M. Whitaker, 51, South 1500 East, Akron. Driver struck a deer. Damages: up to $10,000

Warsaw Police Department
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following accident:

Tuesday, May 7, 5:22 p.m. East Winona Avenue and South Indiana Street. Drivers: Rachael D. Paul, 36, Saint Marys Drive, Warsaw; and Erin D. Sampson, South Colfax Street, Warsaw. Paul was attempting to turn onto Indiana Street from Winona Avenue and pulled into the path of Sampson’s vehicle. Paul’s view of oncoming traffic was obstructed due to a line of vehicles that was stopped, also waiting to turn. Damages: up to $10,000
