Ricky Alan Shepherd, 48, of 4 EMS B6C Lane, Leesburg, was arrested early this morning, accused of exposing himself to neighbors.

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputies were called twice Tuesday on reports that Shepherd exposed his buttocks and genitalia to neighbors, but were unable to locate him. Shepherd, however, was found at 3:18 a.m. and taken into custody.

He was booked on a preliminary charge of indecent exposure/fondling with an intent to be seen by others and on a charge of disorderly conduct. He is currently being held on a $350 bond.
