Jo Ann Moore, 90, of Warsaw, passed away Friday, Feb. 28, 2020, at 3:13 p.m. in Mason Health Care and Rehabilitation, Warsaw. She was born Feb. 23, 1930, in Russell, Ky., to Eugene and Sarah (Waldron) Hoffman.

A Warsaw resident for 35 years, she was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God.

Survivors include her children Sam Hoffman, Charles (Kay) Shelton, Ron Shelton, all of Warsaw, and Scarlet Little of Prestonsburg, Ky.. In addition, a brother Sam Hoffman of Ashland, Ky., three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren survive. She was preceded by husbands, Raymond Shelton and Ed Moore, a daughter, Clotene Lutey, and sister, Jean Addair. 

Private services will be conducted. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is entrusted with arrangements.
