J. Victoria Housour, 48, of Retired Tigers Apartments, Warsaw passed away in her residence at 3:10 p.m., Monday, Feb. 10, 2020. She was born Feb. 12, 1971, in Gallia County, Ohio to Deborah Ann Holderby, who preceded her.

Surviving is a brother Thomas Seymour of Warsaw.

Services will be held at a later date. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is entrusted with arrangements.
