WARSAW — A Warsaw man faces multiple drug charges following a controlled buy coordinated by the NET43 drug task force.

Brandon Charles Kelly, 36, 3648 East CR 500S, Warsaw, was arrested on a warrant dealing in methamphetamine, a level 4 felony and possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony.

On Sept. 13, 2019, NET43 drug task force conducted a controlled purchase of 2.2 grams of methamphetamine from Kelly, according to an affidavit of probable cause. Documented task force funds were used in the purchase.

On Feb. 5, Kelly was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail with a bond of $20,500 surety and cash.
