1 To 3 Inches Of Snow Expected Overnight

WARSAW – Kosciusko County could see a few inches of snow tonight. Feb. 5.

A weather advisory has been issued for much of northern Indiana, southern parts of Michigan and northwest Ohio in advance of a storm that could bring snow, freezing rain and ice.

The advisory runs from 4 p.m. Wednesday, until 10 a.m. Thursday.

According to the National Weather Service, snow will affect portions of northern Indiana north of US 24 while a mixture of snow, sleet and freezing rain are expected to affect portions of eastern Indiana and northwest Ohio along and south of US 24.

Locally, the weather service predicts 1 to 3 inches of snowfall in Warsaw.

The chance of snow Wednesday night is 100 percent. Winds will gust to 20 mph.

The overnight low will be 25

A chance of snow will linger until about 1 p.m. Thursday. The high will be near 29.
