Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following accidents:

10:42 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, West CR 200S near South CR 600W, Mentone. Driver: Zachary R. Wagoner, 30, Cedar Road, Tippecanoe. Wagoner was driving his vehicle when a deer entered the roadway. Damages up to $2,500.

10:16 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, South County Farm Road near West Hoppus Road, Warsaw. Driver:  Shanna L. Sellers, 38, West 5th Street, North Manchester. Sellers was driving her vehicle when a deer entered the roadway. Damages up to $5,000.

Winona Lake

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department responded to the following accident:

12:08 p.m. Monday, Feb. 3, King’s Highway near Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Drivers: Noah S. Blakesley, 21, Marigold Drive, Waterloo, Iowa; and Daniel J. Schlatter, 48, South Cherry Creek Lane, Warsaw. While coming to a sudden stop, the front of Blakesley’s vehicle collided with the rear of Schlatter’s vehicle. Damages up to $10,000.
