WINONA LAKE – Grace College will celebrate its most recent national champion on Saturday.

Grace’s women’s golf team, the 2019 NCCAA national champions, will be honored during halftime of the men’s basketball game on Saturday.

The ceremony will include the unveiling of the official championship banner, the presentation of the championship medals to each player and coach, as well as an opportunity for remarks from a few members of the Lady Lancers.

Grace won the 2019 championship in dramatic fashion, claiming the title by two strokes on the final day of the three-round tournament in October.

Saturday features a basketball doubleheader between Grace and Marian at the Manahan Orthopaedic Capital Center. The women’s game will tip off at 1 p.m. with the men’s game to follow at 3 p.m. The women’s golf team will be recognized on the court at halftime of the men’s contest.
