WARSAW – A minivan left the road on SR 15S near CR 400S Wednesday morning.

The accident happened shortly before 9 a.m.

The GMC mini-van sustained heavy damage on the passenger side.

It was unclear why the driver left the road and came to rest on the west side of the highway and whether there were any injuries.

Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office and Lutheran EMS responded.
