COLUMBIA CITY — At 1:26 a.m., Wednesday, Jan 1, Colby Allen was the first Whitley County baby born at Parkview Whitley Hospital in 2020.

Colby Allen was born to parents Marcus and Julia. He weighed 8 lbs. 3 oz., said a news release from Parkview Whitley Hospital.
