
AKRON – Eckrich collaborated with Martin’s Super Market to present Tippecanoe Valley High School with a $4,150 donation Tuesday night, Dec. 17.
Eckrich committed to donating a portion of eligible products sold at the Martin’s on Husky Trail in Warsaw, between Oct. 20 – Nov. 16, to Tippecanoe Valley High School. The donation will be used educational purposes, said a news release from the school corporation.
“Giving back to the community is part of Eckrich’s heritage, and we are excited for the opportunity to continue this tradition with this donation,” said Elizabeth Di John, director of marketing for Smithfield Foods. “We’re proud to support the schools and teachers by encouraging their positive impact on the community.”
“Martin’s is fortunate to have fantastic community-focused partners who support our efforts to give back,” said a representative for Martin’s Supermakets. “We’re delighted to serve the residents of Akron and is proud to be a part of this donation to support our local schools and their students.”
Eckrich presented the donation at the Tippecanoe Valley High School basketball game.
