• 1:31 a.m. Monday, Dec. 16, 2100 block SR 19, Mentone. Officers investigated a report of domestic battery.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 8:33 a.m. Monday, Dec. 16, 200 block Rattington Circle, Warsaw. Officers investigated the reported theft of an iPhone.
• 5:33 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 15, 600 block West CR 300N, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of theft.
• 7:08 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, 2500 block Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of theft from Walmart.
• 12:05 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, 2200 block Highlander Drive, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of domestic battery.
• 3:42 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, 2500 block East Center Street, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of forgery, fraud and counterfeiting.
