• 3:23 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6, 3100 block US 30, Warsaw. A hit and run accident was reported. 
• 2:40 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, 3700 block Old Road 30, Warsaw. Criminal mischief reported at Westhaven Trailer Park.

Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 9:01 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6, 200 block Main Street, Milford. Intimidation was reported.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, 100 block Center Street, Warsaw. Jason Richard Conlon reported theft of clothing valued at $133,

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following incident:
