WINONA LAKE — Town of Winona Lake offices will be closed on Monday, Dec. 9, at 9:30 a.m. to Noon.

Town offices will be closed for the funeral of former Town Council member Terry Howie at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, said a news release from the Town of Winona Lake.

Howie died Monday in an accident at his home in Winona Lake. He was 73.
