Margaret F. “Peg” Scott, 75, of Winona Lake, Ind., passed away at 12:04 a.m. Thursday, April 25, 2013, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.

She was born Oct. 13, 1937, in Chicago, Ill., to Robert F. and Margaret F. (Hully) Fixel. She was a 1955 graduate of Marion High School, Marion, Ind.

On Sept. 6, 1990, she married Phillip L. Scott in Marion. She was a registered dental hygienist for 30 years and was a member of Gamma RHO Chapter of Kappa Kappa Kappa, Girl Scout leader and Job’s daughter. She attended Hoosier Girls State, loved working in the yard, and loved animals to the point she took courses in kennel maintenance and animal science.

She is survived by her husband: Phillip L. Scott, Winona Lake; two daughters; a son; two stepdaughters; one stepson; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son: Robert E. Hensley; and her parents.

A service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Ind.
