Ann Marie Petty, 95, of Grace Village Retirement Community, Winona Lake, Ind., passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2013.

She had been retired since 1970, having worked as a secretary for Empire Brush Company, and was also a secretary for the Port Chester School District in Port Chester, N.Y.

She moved from New York to Warsaw, Ind., in 2007 and she had held a personal faith in Christ Jesus as her Savior.

Ann was born Dec. 6, 1917, in Port Chester to Frank and Teresa (Franco) Coppola. On April 23, 1939, she was married to Vincent R. Petty, who passed away in 1993.

She leaves behind two sons: Richard Petty, Hollywood, Fla.; Steven (Reina) Petty, Warsaw; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one brother: Stephen Coppola, New York; and one sister: Helen Foster, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her husband, one son, and one great-grandson.

No visitation is planned. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, at the Chapel of Grace Village Retirement Community, 337 Grace Village Drive, Winona Lake.

Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Rd., Warsaw.
