7:05 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, on South Country Club Road, south of CR 450S near Warsaw. Driver: Stacy L. Coy, 42, North SR 13, North Webster. Driver hit deer. Damage: Up to $2,500.

7:16 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, on South Zimmer Road, south of Golf Heights Road outside of Warsaw. Driver: Cassandra Eherenman, 42, West CR 100South, Akron. Driver struck deer. Damage: Up to $2,500.

5:40 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, on South SR 25 near CR South 700W near Mentone. Driver: Cruz P. Marquez-Rosas, 24, Primrose Lane, Akron. Driver struck a deer. Damage: Up to $5,000

Warsaw

The following accidents were investigated by Warsaw Police Department:

8:10 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, on Parker Street ner Husky Trail. Drivers: Issac Sands, 23, West CR 950S, Silver Lake; Kelly Hurley, 49, South Packerton Road, Warsaw. Sands said his brakes failed and he rear-ended the vehicle being driven by Hurley, whose vehicle was stopped at Husky Trail where she was preparing to turn left. Damage: Up to $2,500.

10:39 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, on US 30 and North CR 200W in Warsaw. Driver: McKenzie Ellis, 23, North Old Road 31, Rochester. Diver hit deer. Damage: Up to $2,500.
