Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 8:38 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, 1500 block South CR 675W, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of an accidental shooting.
• 5:07 pm. Wednesday, Nov. 6, 200 block West Main St., Warsaw. The KCSO investigated a jail inmate who broke a sprinkler head in one of the jail blocks.
