Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
10:46 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, West US 30, near North CR 200W, Warsaw. Driver: Karie K. Furman, 24, West CR 400N, Warsaw. Furman was traveling east on US 30 when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $5,000.
4:48 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, Argonne Road, south of East Durbin Street, Warsaw. Drivers: James E. Lawson, 61, Summit Avenue, Wabash; Kimberly R. Leffel, 57, North Washington Street, Warsaw; and Scott A. Pelfrey, 51, East CR 200N 164B, Warsaw. Lawson was traveling south on Argonne Road when he rear-ended Leffel’s vehicle. This caused Leffel’s vehicle to rear-end Pelfrey’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
3:59 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, SR 15, near 059 Ramp H., Warsaw. Drivers: Vanity S. Iseton, 27, North Dovewood Trail, Warsaw; and Haley R. Hortin, 20, North Englewood Drive, Crawfordsville. Iseton was traveling on the off ramp of US 30 to SR 15 when she entered the intersection to turn left at a red light when she struck Hortin’s vehicle. Hortin said she saw Iseton’s vehicle disregard the traffic light at a high rate of speed. Damage up to $25,000.
3:37 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, North SR 15, north of West CR 300N, Warsaw. Drivers: Melissa Aguilar, 21, East CR 200N 126, Warsaw; James R. Cox, 54, East Main Street, Warsaw; and unknown. Aguilar was traveling south on North Detroit Street when she rear-ended Cox’s vehicle. This caused Cox’s vehicle to move forward and rear-end a tan minivan. The driver of the tan minivan exited his vehicle, looked for damage and left the scene. Damage up to $10,000.
