Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

6:54 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, US 30, west of CR 150W, Warsaw. Drivers: Max G. Blank, 32, Fleming Avenue, Fort Wayne; Kevin E. Perkins, 48, West CR 100S, Warsaw; and Eric J. Kohler, 37, SR 19, Etna Green. Blank’s vehicle rear-ended Perkins’ vehicle, causing Perkins’ vehicle to be pushed into the rear of Kohler’s vehicle. Damage up to $25,000. 

2:07 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, Zimmer Road and Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Driver: Christopher Plummer, 56, Lake View Drive, Syracuse. Plummer’s vehicle struck a utility pole. Damage up to $2,500.
