Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

7:05 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, South CR 400E, south of East CR 1200S, Warsaw. Driver: Angela K. Driscoll, 56, North CR 300E, Urbana. Driscoll’s vehicle struck a deer. Damage up to $5,000.
