Otis Leroy Busby, Jr., known to most as “Buddy,” passed away quietly on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2019, at 7:25 a.m. in Warsaw at Kosciusko Community Hospital.

Age 80, he has been a resident of Beaver Dam for the past 23 years. Arrangements are pending with Titus Funeral Home, 2000 East Sheridan Street, Warsaw.
