5:51 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, West SR 25 near South CR 1000W, Mentone. Driver: Christie R. Williamson, 52, West CR 900S, Akron. Williamson was driving east on SR 25 when a deer entered the roadway. Damages up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department responded to the following accidents:

10:39 p.m., Monday, Oct. 21, Lake City Highway near Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Stephanie M. Adams, 40, West Hoppus Road, Warsaw. Adams was driving her vehicle west on Lake City Highway when a deer entered the roadway. Damages up to $5,000.

2:29 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21, South Detroit Street near Prairie Street, Warsaw. Driver: Olivia Cisne, 20, East Main Street, Silver Lake. Cisne was driving her vehicle east on Prairie Street. As she attempted to turn left onto South Detroit Street her car began to hydroplane on the wet road. The front of her vehicle collided with the rear of an unoccupied parked car. Damages up to $5,000.
