images-7PLYMOUTH – The Warsaw baseball team dropped a 4-3 final to Plymouth Friday night.

The Northern Lakes Contest was originally scheduled to be played at WCHS, but was moved to Plymouth due to field conditions.

Josh Frantz led the Tigers with two hits, including a double. Jason Ferguson also had two hits for Warsaw and Caleb Heckaman had a double.

Warsaw drops to 2-3 overall and 2-1 in the NLC on the season.

The Warsaw junior varsity team remained undefeated Friday by pounding Plymouth 16-2.

Sterling Hay tripled and Ryan Marshall had two doubles for the JV Tigers, now 6-0 on the season. Austin Perdieu collected the pitching win.

Warsaw is scheduled to play today (April 20) at Kokomo at 11 a.m. and then play at NLC foe NorthWood Monday at 5 p.m.
