North Webster Elementary School is conducting a census to obtain names of students who will be attending kindergarten this August.

To be eligible for admission to the kindergarten program, a child must be five years old on or before Aug. 1, 2013 and reside in the North Webster Elementary School boundaries.

A birth certificate, immunization records and Social Security number are necessary at the round up, which will be held 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, at the school, 5475 N. 750 E.

Those who have not yet returned the pre-registration form to the school, please do so as soon as possible. Those who did not receive a pre-registration form, contact the school office, 574-834-7644.
