WARSAW — A Warsaw man was recently arrested after officers with the NET 43 drug task force arranged a controlled purchase of methamphetamine.

Mark Edward Thurman, 47, 3762 W. Old 30 90E., Warsaw, is charged with dealing in methamphetamine, a level 2 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, a level 4 felony.

On June 4, the drug task force made a controlled purchase of 14 grams of methamphetamine from Thurman.

Thurman was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on Sept. 19, with a $25,250 surety and cash bond.
