CULVER – A late rally by the Tippecanoe Valley baseball team came up short Monday in an 8-6 loss at Culver Academy.

The Vikings trailed 6-0 before rallying in the final two innings.

Jared Littlejohn led Valley with two hits and three RBI. Isaac Shewman also had two hits for the Vikings.

Clayton Adamson took the pitching loss for Valley, now 0-5 on the season.

Trent Kolden led the way for the winners with two doubles, a home run and three RBI.

Valley hosts Warsaw Tuesday (April 16) in a make-up game at 5:30 p.m.
