TIPPECANOE VALLEY BOYS 4, NORTH MIAMI 0

Valley notched its second straight win in the Three Rivers Conference and its first shutout all in one match against North Miami. Caleb Petgen scored two minutes into the second half, opening the flood gates for Tyler Jones and Branden Montes to also score, then Petgen to put the fourth goal away for the win. Alexis Hernandez earned his first shutout of the season in net.

NORTHWOOD BOYS 5, WAWASEE 1

Wawasee broke into the scoring column for the first time in six matches, but the Panthers fired back in a big way in Northern Lakes Conference play. Chris Pena got Wawasee on the board in the seventh minute with the team’s first goal since Aug. 22. However, NorthWood scored five unanswered goals. Andre DeFreitas posted a hat trick and Jerson Sanchez and Cam Iwema both lit the lamp for the Panthers. Trent Edwards had a pair of assists and Kayden Newcomer and Chandler Bontrager each had a helper.

WARSAW BOYS 1, ELKHART MEMORIAL 0

Warsaw moved to 3-0 in the NLC with a tough win at Memorial. Blake Burns had the game’s only goal, scored in the fourth minute. Ruben Borja and Harrison Mevis combined on the shutout, making four total stops.

The JV contest was also a shutout in favor of Warsaw, 3-0. Thomas Egseth had a pair of goals and Nathan Dailey added the other goal. Miles Burkholder had the shutout in net for the Tigers.

NORTHWOOD GIRLS 2, CONCORD 1

Two goals in the first half were enough for NorthWood to collect another NLC win. Caitlin Knepp and Ari Topping both found glory for the Panthers, with Topping assisting on Knepp’s goal and Olivia Craven helping on Topping’s goal. Lili Lomeli made six saves in net to hold the win up.

WARSAW GIRLS 7, ELKHART MEMORIAL 0

Abby Steffensmeier moved two goals closer to Warsaw history Tuesday, notching a pair of goals in Warsaw’s rout of Memorial. Steffensmeier has 68 goals for her career, just two shy of Liz Van Wormer’s school-record 70. Audrey Grimm added two goals and two assists and Bonnie Hampton also found the net twice. Rylee Burns also had a goal in the win. Brielle Harrison earned her first career shutout in net for the Tigers.

The JV game was all Warsaw in a 7-0 final. Valeria Marquez-Martinez had two goals and an assist to lead the Tigers while Kiana Rager added two goals.

FORT WAYNE FUSION GIRLS 4, LAKELAND CHRISTIAN 0

LCA fell for the first time since Aug. 20 in a home contest against the Fort Wayne homeschool program. Stats from the game were not provided.

LAKELAND CHRISTIAN MS 4, LAKEWOOD PARK 0

A penalty kick in the first half and two goals in the second half from Mel Norris got LCA going. Meribeth Rahn also scored for the Cougars.

WAWASEE MS BOYS 6, ARGOS 2

Wawasee earns the win against a quality program. Stats were not provided.

ARGOS MS GIRLS 10, WAWASEE 0

Argos commanded the girls version of the matchup. Stats were not provided.
