WARSAW — The person killed in a construction site accident Friday has been identified.

Cedric T. Barnett, 31, Elkhart, died at the scene after being run over by a front-end loader shortly before noon Friday at 2001 W. Winona Ave. Warsaw, according to Kosciusko County Coroner Tony Ciriello.

The front-end loader was moving in reverse at the time of the incident, according to police.

Investigators believe it was an accidental death. Representatives of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration are investigating the circumstances.
