WARSAW — Feeling hungry and competitive?

The Lake City Lions Club will host a hotdog eating contest during First Friday in downtown Warsaw on Sept. 6.

The contest will start at 5 p.m. in the city hall plaza across from the courthouse.

Reeve Insurance Group is sponsoring the event and is offering cash prizes of $100, $50 and $25 for the top three finishers in the men’s and women’s divisions.

Organizers hope to have 10 competitors in both divisions. To register, stop by Reeve Insurance at 1135 E. Winona Ave. in Warsaw.
