Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

5:56 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, South Buffalo Street, south of Prairie Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Cody W. Demske, 22, Washington Street, Warsaw; and Jeffery P. Jagger, 47, Center Street, Warsaw. Demske said he felt he was too close to the semi in front of him so he checked his mirrors and then proceeded to back up. Demske’s vehicle then backed into Jagger’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000. 

4:50 p.m. Monday, Aug. 12, SR 15 and East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Bryan M. Perry, 36, Hickory Street, Leadwood, Mo.; and Monica L. Fritzinger, 54, East CR 400N, Warsaw. The vehicles collided at the intersection. Damage up to $10,000. 

1:23 p.m. Monday, Aug. 12, North Boeing Road and East CR 200N, Warsaw. Driver: Marlene M. Mulero-Betances, 49, Walnut Drive, Warsaw. Mulero-Bentances’ vehicle struck a deer. Damage up to $5,000.
