WINONA LAKE — Police in Winona Lake are seeking the public’s help with a theft case.

Winona Lake Police have posted a video online showing a man believed to be involved in a theft case that happened on July 13 in a Winona Lake school parking lot.

A vehicle was broken into and a purse was taken. The suspect is then seen on video apparently buying gift cards.

No other details were available.

The video can be found at the Winona Lake Police Department’s Facebook page.
