• 5:57 p.m. Monday, July 29, 3900 block East CR 300N, Warsaw. Jamie M. McQuiller reported theft of a chainsaw valued at $300. 
• 4:06 p.m. Monday, July 29, 100 block EMS R3E Lane, Pierceton. Richard McCombs reported a lost license plate. 

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 6:56 a.m. Monday, July 29, 1100 block Huntington Street, Syracuse. Michael R. Cassidy reported theft of an automobile valued at $5,000. 

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 1:42 p.m. Sunday, July 28, 2500 block Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Shoplifting reported by Walmart. Items stolen were consumable goods valued at approximately $160.
