Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department
Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following incidents:

  • Sunday, April 7, 6:58 p.m. A Cromwell woman reported juveniles had damaged some items. A report was sent to the probation department.
  • Saturday, April 6, 11:40 p.m. A Silver Lake woman reported a male subject made verbal threats to her.
  • Saturday, April 6, 7:17 p.m. A violation of a protective order was reported in North Webster.

Warsaw Police Department
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incidents:

  • Sunday, April 7, 3:47 p.m. Juveniles were taken into custody in the 300 block of West Main Street and North Columbia Street for possessing drug paraphernalia.
  • Sunday, April 7, 1:06 p.m. Lara Popenfoose of Warsaw reported the theft of an Xbox.
  • Sunday, April 7, 12:23 p.m. Linda Ott of Warsaw returned a wallet found on Fort Wayne Street.
  • Sunday, April 7, 10:51 a.m. Timothy Hollowell of Warsaw reported the theft of a firearm.
  • Sunday, April 7, 12:40 a.m. Michael Johnson of Warsaw reported someone threw rocks at his apartment window.
  • Saturday, April 6, 7:26 p.m. Amanda Gibson was arrested for trespassing on property in the 200 block of West Jefferson Street.
  • Saturday, April 6, 12:28 p.m. A Warsaw man reported a battery by his ex-girlfriend.
  • Saturday, April 6, 10:55 a.m. Police were called to the 1200 block of North Park Avenue where a man was found deceased.
  • Friday, April 5, 5:44 p.m. Warsaw Autoplex reported a stolen pickup truck valued at $3,000. Travis Dice, an employee of the business, was named as a suspect and arrested on Saturday
