WARSAW — Collier’s Heating & Air Conditioning and Collier’s Fireplace Shoppe on Monday celebrated the groundbreaking of a new main office and showroom in Warsaw.

The new 9,000-square-foot space building will feature a state-of-the-art fireplace shoppe showroom as well as administrative offices, training and conference rooms, and warehouse space for both Collier’s HVAC and Fireplace Shoppe.

The property at 2315 North Shelby Drive, Warsaw is being developed by Joe Collier and Joe Sands, of Sands Office Equipment and Retail Services. Ideal Construction is the builder. Completion is expected by October. 

The company is moving from its home at 2499 E. Winona Avenue. That property has been purchased by the town of Winona Lake to accommodate that town’s upcoming roundabout project at Park Avenue, Winona Avenue, Argonne Road and Kings Highway.
