WARSAW — A minor car-train accident was reported in downtown Warsaw just before 2 p.m. Friday, July 12, causing a backup of east-west traffic at Winona Avenue and Center Streets.

The accident appeared to involve a small red vehicle, which had pulled away from the train after the accident.
