WARSAW — The 13th annual Jimmy Baker Memorial Golf Outing will be held Sunday, July 14.

The Jimmy Baker Diabetes Fund was established by the Warsaw Elks Lodge #802 in memory of devoted member Jimmy Baker. This fund helps to provide assistance to those in our community with diabetes treatment. This fund also helps provide for two college scholarships each year.

If you would like to register a four-person team for the golf scramble, the entry fee is $55 per person  and includes green fees, cart and dinner at the Elks.

If you are unable to golf but would still like to help with this great fundraiser, please consider being a hole sponsor. The cost is $50 per hole and your name will be displayed at a hole on the Rozella Ford Golf Course.

Checks can be made out to the Kosciusko County Community Foundation. Please put “Jmmy Baker Diabetes Fund” in the memo line.
