Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 2:36 a.m. Thursday, July 4, a report of rape was made in the 5800 block of South Maple Grove Lane, Warsaw.
• 9:57 p.m. Monday, July 1, 100 block East North St. and North Main St., Milford. Norfolk Southern Railroad reported a stolen electrical meter and a damaged meter box.
• 7:19 p.m. Monday, July 1, 100 block EMS B4 Lane, Leesburg. Gregory E. Cook, Sr., reported online fraud. Value: $234.41.

Officers with Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 4:05 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, a report of battery in the 100 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw.
