Area Police Reports

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

5:21 p.m. Monday, July 1, 100 block Van Buren Street, Leesburg. A battery was reported.
3:22 p.m. Monday, July 1, 5600 block East CR 650N, Syracuse. Brandon Richcreek reported a 2017 Polaris Ranger was stolen from his residence. Value $18,000.

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following incident:

9:02 a.m. 9700 block Epworth Forest Road, Cromwell. A tractor went off the roadway and overturned, ending up in a ditch. A wrecker service removed the tractor.

Officers wth the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incident:

6:15 p.m. Monday, July 1, 300 block Valleyview Drive, Syracuse. A battery was investigated.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

8:40 a.m. Monday, July 1, 800 block Clark Street, Warsaw. Douglas Andrew Gillard reported items stolen from a vehicle. The items included tools and electronics valued at $465.

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following incident:

4 a.m. Friday, June 28, 2200 block East Center Street, Warsaw. Subjects who committed auto theft and robbery were located driving the vehicle. A pursuit ensured. The vehicle was recovered.
