WARSAW – The 13th annual Jimmy Baker Memorial Golf Outing is set to return to Rozella Ford Golf Club on Sunday, July 14.

The Jimmy Baker Diabetes Fund was established by the Warsaw Elks Lodge #802 in Baker’s memory, his fund helping to provide assistance to those in the community with diabetes treatment. This fund also helps provide for two college scholarship each year.

Entry into the four-person golf scramble is $55 per person and includes the green fees, cart and dinner at the Elks. Those unable to golf but would like to still help can sponsor a hole for $50 per hole, signage to be placed around the Rozella course. Checks can be made out to the Kosciusko County Community Foundation, please put Jimmy Baker Diabetes Fund in the memo line.
