KOSCIUSKO — Major Robert Webster, Indiana Divisional Commander, has announced the appointment of Ken and Sina Locke as the Corps Administrators of The Salvation Army serving Kosciusko and Whitley Counties.

An induction ceremony will be held during worship at 11 a.m. Sunday, June 30, by Majors Keith and Beth Petrie at the Worship and Community Center, 501 E Arthur St., Warsaw. 

“We appreciate the support of The Salvation Army from Kosciusko & Whitley Counties and look forward to the Locke’s leadership in this area,” noted Webster in a statement.
