MARSHALL COUNTY — Officers with the Marshall County Undercover Narcotics Investigation Team served several level 2 felony dealing warrants in multiple counties Monday, June 17.

Kenneth McIntire Sr., 55, Argos, was located in rural Marshall County and arrested by Marshall County police for a narcotic drug warrant, a level 2 felony. He is being held on a $50,000 cash bond.

Robert Moe, 26, Culver, was located in rural Starke County and arrested by Stark County Sheriff’s Deputies. He is being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $100,000 cash bond for a dealing in methamphetamine warrant, a level 2 charge.

Jennifer Elliott, 43, Plymouth, was also arrested by Starke County deputies. She had an outstanding warrant out of Starke County as well as a Marshall County warrant for dealing in methamphetamine, a level 2 felony. She was transported to the Starke County Jail and held on $100,000 cash bond.

Candice Moe, 27, Culver, was located at a business in LaPorte County by LaPorte County Sheriff’s deputies. She was taken into custody on a warrant for dealing methamphetamine, a level 2 felony. The warrant was out of Marshall County with a $100,000 cash bond. She was taken to the LaPorte County Jail.

U.N.I.T. Officers were assisted by the Marshall County Police Department, Starke County Sheriff’s Office and LaPorte County Sheriff’s Office.
