WARSAW — Four people, including a child in the back seat of a vehicle, were injured in a two-vehicle collision Monday afternoon, June 17, at 596 E. CR 200N, Warsaw.

First responders were called just after 3 p.m. by central dispatch to respond to the collision. At the time of the call, one patient, a 28-year-old male, was reported as unresponsive but breathing.

Four patients were transported from the scene by Lutheran EMS to area hospitals.

A Kia Spectra EX and a Ford Explorer were involved in the accident. Both vehicles sustained front end damage.

Warsaw Police Department and Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory also assisted at the scene.
