Kosciusko
Officers from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:
4:20 p.m. Saturday, June 8, South County Farm Road, Warsaw. Driver: Konrad S. Borgmann, 18, North Heckathorn Drive, North Manchester. Borgmann told police he was driving his vehicle northbound on County Farm Road when, while driving through a curve, lost control of the vehicle when it slipped off the roadway, overcorrected and proceeded into a yard where his vehicle damaged landscaping and collided with a vehicle parked at the residence. Damage up to $5,000.
Warsaw
Officers from the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
1:52 p.m. Wednesday, June 12, East Winona Avenue, east of South Park Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: Bethany N. Brower, 46, West Winona Avenue, Warsaw; Emily R. Serfling, 25, East Winona Avenue, Winona Lake. Brower told told police she was driving her vehicle westbound on Winona Avenue and looked away briefly, not realizing traffic had stopped in front of her. She said her vehicle collided with the rear of the vehicle driven by Serfling. Damage up to $5,000.
12:14 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, East Winona Avenue and SR 15, Warsaw. Drivers: Roy Blake, 91, Main Street, Warsaw; and Bryan Ingle, 58, Catalpa Lane, Warsaw. Blake could not remember the accident but Ingle told officers that Blake’s vehicle rear-ended Ingle’s vehicle at the intersection. Damages up to $10,000.
